Biography

Jessica McPheeters is a Partner of Weiss, Schmidgall & Hires with her primary focus being in Estate Planning, Probate, Business Formation and Planning, and other general practice matters.

Jessica received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics from Ball State University in 2014. Jessica then received her Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2017. While attending Valparaiso University School of Law, Jessica was a member of International Moot Court. She competed in the distinguished Phillip C. Jessup Competition in Denver, Colorado in 2016. In 2017, Jessica coached members of the International Moot Court team in the Phillip C. Jessup Competition in Chicago, Illinois. Her team placed as Quarterfinalists in the Midwest Regionals. While in law school, Jessica was also a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant and worked as a law clerk for Weiss, Schmidgall & Hires, P.C.

In Jessica’s personal time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs, Keeta and Kona. She is also an avid Indiana University basketball and football fan.
