Biography

Jessica A. Moldovan is a partner in Lieff Cabraser’s Antitrust, Employment, and Survivor Advocacy practice groups. She has represented female employees challenging systemic gender discrimination at Goldman Sachs, which recently resulted in a $215 million settlement. She also represents classes of workers challenging unlawful “no-poach” agreements between employers, as well as individuals and a class against the Devereux Foundation for systemic abuse and neglect.

Prior to joining Lieff Cabraser, Jessica was a research fellow at the Meltzer Center for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at New York University School of Law where she was also an Adjunct Professor of Law. She previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Cheryl Ann Krause on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Allyne R. Ross on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Jessica graduated from NYU School of Law cum laude, where she was a Root-Tilden-Kern Public Interest Scholar, Senior Articles Editor on the N.Y.U. Review of Law and Social Change, a Florence Allen Scholar, and Co-President of Law Women. She previously worked at the Center for Reproductive Rights and interned at the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice.
