Biography

Jessica Paz Gonzalez is a tax lawyer focused on tax consulting, litigation, and auditing matters for real estate clients, mainly in the hotel, commercial, and industrial sector.

She has broad experience and regularly advises on the planning and structuring of private trusts for investment in real estate and leads multimillion-dollar value-added tax (VAT) refund processes derived from real estate acquisitions before the General Administration of Large Taxpayers and the Central Administration of Taxation of the Financial Sector of Large Taxpayers. She also coordinates income tax (ISR) refund requests for certain real estate funds (CKDs).

Jessica advises clients in connection with verification visits before the Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF) and the confirmation of criteria before such organization.
