Biography

Jessica Pickeral is a litigation Attorney in Morgan & Morgan‘s Orlando office. Miss Pickeral’s practice areas include personal injury protection litigation and various first party insurance claims/disputes. Jessica is a native Floridian and received both her Bachelor’s degree magna cum laude and Juris Doctorate cum laude from The Florida State University. While in law school, Miss Pickeral interned at a large financial institution in Manhattan and had the opportunity to extend her legal studies abroad at Oxford University. Miss Pickeral facilitated in publishing articles on securities fraud as a research assistant and participated in several student organizations such as Phi Delta Phi honor society, Phi Alpha Delta and the business law society.

Jessica is driven with passion by helping medical providers across the state of Florida collect the maximum amount of reimbursement from Insurance Companies, for the services provided to insured-patients who suffered bodily injuries sustained from a motor vehicle accident. Outside of advocating for her clients at Morgan and Morgan, in her free time Miss Pickeral enjoys volunteering, traveling, and tutoring aspiring law students for the LSAT.

Miss Pickeral’s professional memberships include the Orange County Bar Association and the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She is also a member of both the Florida Bar and the New Jersey Bar.
