Jessica Lowen is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Fort Lauderdale office. She focuses her practice on capital markets matters, including public and private securities offerings, SEC reporting compliance, corporate governance and other general corporate law matters.

She has experience as a commercial auditor working on balance sheet testing to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards at a public accounting firm.
