Biography

Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Jessie was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Morris G. Smith, J.A.D. During her clerkship, she gained extensive legal research and writing experience in many practice areas.

Jessie obtained her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, where she participated in the Domestic Violence Clinic and was a member of the board for the Hunter Moot Court Appellate Advocacy Program. Additionally, she completed a judicial externship with the Honorable David Ragonese, J.S.C. in the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey and a summer internship with the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender in Salem County. Prior to law school, Jessie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in both Philosophy and Fine Art from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
