Jill A. Mucerino

Jill A. Mucerino is the Managing Partner of the New Jersey office of WSHB and is an accomplished litigator and appellate attorney. Jill’s primary areas of practice include complex construction, including related professional malpractice claims; premises liability; hospitality law; and products liability. Her representative clients include commercial property owners, REITs, business owners, contractors/developers, design professionals, and product designers and manufacturers. The success of Jill’s practice is largely due to her ability to identify and develop innovative litigation strategies tailored to meet the needs of her clients and case circumstances. She identifies such strategies early in the litigation, executing on same with precision as she advances through discovery, up to and including the time of dispositive motion practice, mediation, and, if needed, trial. Jill is dedicated to getting the best results for her clients in every case and at every turn, both in State and Federal Court, and at the trial and appellate levels.

Jill is known amongst her fellow attorneys and the judiciary to be a staunch client advocate and thought leader, all while remaining diplomatic and emphasizing the value of relationships with all stakeholders. Accordingly, Jill is regularly called upon to handle complex, high-stakes litigation and claims valued in to the millions involving allegations of negligence, defective product design and inadequate warnings, professional malpractice, gross negligence, recklessness, breach of contract, and fraud by past and present clients, as well as by former adversaries, who recognize the caliber of skill and enthusiasm Jill brings to the table.

When not working, Jill can be found spending time with her family, including her husband, four children, and two dogs. She loves spending time outdoors with her children and routinely spends her weekends at the local ball fields and enjoying the beauty of North Jersey, visiting local parks, nature preserves, and taking her sons to find the next best fishing hole.
