Hailing from Minot, North Dakota, Jim Nostdahl is a seasoned attorney focusing on personal injury litigation, with over 30 years of experience. A proud alumnus of the University of North Dakota, he achieved a B.A. (Summa Cum Laude) in 1979 and earned his law degree in 1982, graduating with distinction and Order of the Coif honors. His tenure on the Law Review Board of Editors further highlights his academic dedication. Jim's extensive legal skills encompass a wide range of personal injury cases, including oil field and vehicular accidents, burn injuries, medical malpractice, and industrial exposures. He is renowned for securing some of the largest verdicts and settlements in North Dakota’s history, effectively navigating litigation with major corporations such as WalMart, Canadian Pacific Railway, and Hess Oil. Maintaining a steadfast commitment to justice, Jim has consistently championed his clients’ rights throughout his illustrious career.
