Jimin Oh founded Solution Now Law Firm with a vision to create a unique legal practice that emphasizes personal attention for each client. Leading a dedicated team, she goes above and beyond to support clients through their legal challenges. As a persuasive personal injury attorney, Jimin focuses on helping car accident victims secure fair settlements for their injuries and property damage. Having experienced the stress of an injury-related legal dispute firsthand when her husband was injured in a serious car accident, Jimin approaches each case with compassion while vigorously advocating for her clients' rights. She possesses extensive knowledge in handling a variety of auto accident cases, including motorcycle, pedestrian, and rideshare accidents, and is equipped to represent clients with various injuries, from soft tissue damage to traumatic brain injuries. Before establishing her firm, Jimin honed her litigation skills at the Santa Clara Superior Court and the Public Defender’s Office. She earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, consistently making the Dean’s List and receiving a WITKIN Award for Best Negotiated Settlement. Outside of work, Jimin is passionate about volunteerism and enjoys spending time with her dogs, Latte and Pudding, and gardening with her husband.
