Biography

Jo T. Wetherill joined Quinn Johnston in 1997 and clerked for former Quinn partner, Justice Mary McDade, from January 2001 to July 2002, when she returned to the firm. She concentrates her practice defending claims of automobile negligence, premises liability and construction negligence. Jo also has significant experience in state and federal appellate practice, court systems, insurance coverage and analysis and estate planning. She especially enjoys trial practice, arguing motions and negotiating settlement through alternative dispute resolution.
