During law school, Joanna worked at a boutique litigation firm, where she received hands-on experience in commercial-related matters. Prior to entering the legal field, she worked as a mergers and acquisitions investment banker, where she focused on advising companies within the asset management industry. Mrs. Peck also worked in management consulting, in which she advised clients within the healthcare, entertainment, and professional services industries. Additionally, Joanna ran an equipment lease financing company that she founded.
