Mrs. Peck joins the firm with three distinct degrees including: a Bachelor of Science in finance from Cornell University, a Master of Business Administration in both strategy and entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a J.D. from New York Law School, where she graduated fifth in her class, summa cum laude, and was selected to both Law Review and the Harlan Scholars Honors Program. During law school, Joanna worked at a boutique litigation firm, where she received hands-on experience in commercial-related matters. Prior to entering the legal field, she worked as a mergers and acquisitions investment banker, where she focused on advising companies within the asset management industry. Mrs. Peck also worked in management consulting, in which she advised clients within the healthcare, entertainment, and professional services industries. Additionally, Joanna ran an equipment lease financing company that she founded.
