Attorney Zhou is a compassionate and effective law practitioner whose priority is to dedicate and deliver satisfactory results to the clients. She cares about her clients from deep heart and is determined to deliver the desired solution and result for everyone that she is representing.

Attorney Zhou has extensive experience in Family Law, Immigration Law and Civil Litigations. During the past few years, Attorney Zhou successfully and efficiently represented countless individuals and business investors to obtain immigration visas, green cards, and non immigration visas in various situations as well as helping families with their legal needs in their family matters such as divorce and adoption. Her bilingual (Mandarin and English) skills and multi culture background enhanced her capability of representing clients in multi races.

Before founding The Zhou Law Group, Attorney Zhou worked with a highly regarded reputable San Jose Immigration Lawyer Stanley K. Yim shoulder by shoulder for years. Together they’ve trained and led numbers of top notched paralegals as well as helped numerous clients in different ethnicities with their immigration and family legal needs. Joanne Zhou also worked intensively with Honorable Judge David Shaheed in a civil court and Senior Administrative Law Judge Carol S. Comer in Indiana Board of Tax Review in Indianapolis, Indiana. She facilitated the process of court decisions for the Judges and also managed court procedures during that period.

Attorney Zhou is a licensed law practitioner in the State of California and is an outstanding member of the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She also practices Immigration Law and Federal Law nationwide.

In addition, Attorney Zhou is a proud member of Kiwanis International, supporting children worldwide and in the local community. She is also serving as Board of Director for Pinnacle Learning, an after-school program that is supported by the City of San Ramon.
