Experience: Representative Matters: Representation of BBVA Mexico as administrative agent, collateral agent, structuring agent and sole bookrunner, as well as to different institutions and financial entities, as lenders, in a syndicated credit facility of up to MXN$6.6 billion granted to Fibra Shop for the refinancing of existing debt related to the construction and development of different shopping centers.; Representation of BBB Foods Inc. in its US$593 million secondary follow-on offering, marking the first Latam equity transaction of 2025 and the largest follow-on in the Americas retail sector since 2023.; Advised Capstone Advisors, as structuring agent, Banco Nacional de Mexico, as administrative and collateral agent, and a consortium of leading Mexican banks, in connection with a syndicated credit line of up to US$350 million for the refinancing of Pulso Inmobiliario hotels.; Legal advice to issuers and bookrunners involved in a range of public offerings of debt certificates.; Representation of several development banking institutions in secured loans.; Representation of Naturgy in the issuance of debt certificates publicly offered in the Mexican Stock Exchange under its locally registered program for an aggregate amount of MXN$3,500 million.; The above representations were handled by Mr. Garcia Pimentel Borja prior to his joining Greenberg Traurig, S.C.; Teaching Experience: Assistant Professor, Universidad Panamericana, 2021-2024;
