Biography

Jodi Frantz was born in Boulder, Colorado and grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1987 and the Colorado State Bar in 1997.

She practices civil litigation with extensive experience in personal injury/wrongful death, product liability, insurance, business and construction litigation.

In addition to her law practice, Jodi Frantz has provided legal commentary for CNN and local television. She has been a reporter for television, presenting a variety of stories and interviews concerning public interest issues, including juvenile justice and juvenile crime.

She is President and Founder of LEGALSENSE, INC., a jury and trial consulting firm. Her company provides consulting services including focus groups, mock trials, jury selection, jury questionnaire preparation, survey preparation, witness preparation, court observation, and post-trial interviews. She has a preeminent reputation in trial advocacy and jury selection.
