Biography

Jodi R. Goodheart focuses her practice on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate, and real estate law. Jodi has over 30 years of experience serving as counsel to lenders, borrowers, buyers, sellers and developers in many types of financing, acquisitions, dispositions and sale leaseback transactions, and commercial and industrial real estate matters nationally.

Prior to joining the firm, Jodi served for more than ten years as outside general counsel to a Nevada-based gaming company. She has represented outside directors serving on special committees of boards of directors of publicly held and privately held companies.
