I am an experienced Pennsylvania attorney acting as Of Counsel to Tupitza & Associates, PC., a law firm located in West Chester, PA.  My primary areas of legal practice are real estate, estate planning & administration, and business law.  I represent clients in the state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, primarily in matters involving real estate disputes.  I also draft wills and trusts, represent clients in estate probate and inheritance tax proceedings, draft and review contracts and corporate documents, provide general business counsel, and foreclose upon real property.
