Biography

Johan A. Obregon was born in Santa Barbara County, California, and raised in Queens County, New York. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from St. John’s University and earned his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Johan worked as a defense attorney for approximately 15 years. During that time, he defended clients in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, trucking and transportation, construction, casualty litigation, and other general liability matters. In his practice, he has successfully defended the interest of numerous individual and corporate clients in the State Courts of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, as well as in Federal Court. Now, as a plaintiff’s attorney, Johan will utilize his prior experience and knowledge that he gained as a defense attorney to vigorously represent his clients in order to obtain the compensation that they deserve. He considers it a privilege to represent the people, not the powerful.
