Biography

John is the managing member of Anthony & Partners, LLC., Tampa, Florida's premier bankruptcy and creditors rights firm. Mr. Anthony covers the state-wide needs of his clients from Pensacola to Miami, in areas of Chapter 11 reorganizations, complex Chapter 7 liquidations, assignments for the benefit of creditors, loan restructures, state court loan enforcement litigation, and lender liability defense in state and federal courts. John was previously the decade-long chair of a 22 lawyer creditors rights department based in Tampa, leaving his former 200-plus law firm in early 2009 to join in founding Anthony & Partners, LLC.
