John Talvacchia is a Partner in Cooper Levenson’s Insurance Defense Litigation Practice Group, based in the Cherry Hill office.

For over 30 years, John has focused his practice on the defense of professional malpractice matters, earning a reputation for strategic, results-driven advocacy. He has extensive experience representing healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other medical entities, providing comprehensive defense in high-stakes cases.

John has tried more than 50 professional malpractice cases to verdict, demonstrating his skill in managing complex litigation from inception through trial. His depth of experience and thorough understanding of medical and legal issues make him a trusted advisor for clients navigating challenging claims and litigation.
