John Arrington Lofton

Mr. Lofton is a passionate advocate for employee rights and consumer protection. He earned his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall). Early in his career, he clerked for Chief Justice Veasey of the Delaware Supreme Court and co-authored the article, “Computer Security Publications: Information Economics, Shifting Liability and the First Amendment” (Whittier Law Review, Vol. 24, No. 1).

Today, Mr. Lofton focuses exclusively on plaintiff-side employment law and consumer fraud cases. He represents individuals in California facing issues such as workplace discrimination and harassment, wage and hour violations, employee misclassification, and other abuses of employee rights. His work also extends to advocating for uniform laws that better protect workers across industries.

Committed to leveling the playing field, Mr. Lofton fights for those who have been wronged by large corporations, unscrupulous employers, and entities that seek to defraud the public. With a deep understanding of California employee rights, he works tirelessly to ensure fairness, dignity, and justice for every client he serves.
