Biography

Levi received his B.A. in Political Science from Auburn University and his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. During law school, Levi studied International law abroad at the Universiteit van Amsterdam in conjunction with Tulane University. Levi is admitted to practice law in Alabama, Florida, and Washington D.C. and is a part-time Assistant District Attorney for the 2nd Judicial Circuit.

Levi was raised in Luverne, Ala. and returned to his hometown to practice law with his father, John A. Nichols. He is married to the former Holly Odom of Andalusia, Ala., and together they have one son, Nash Levi Nichols, and attend the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Brantley, Ala.
