Biography

Before arriving in El Paso in 2021, John Aufiero worked as a trial attorney for State Farm Insurance Company for more than seven years handling automobile and premises liability cases throughout northern New Jersey. He was lead counsel on multiple jury trials and argued before the Appellate Division. He is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter and uses his vast knowledge of the business and procedures of the insurance industry to secure the best results for his personal injury clients. John also litigated claims in the contentious courts of New York City where he developed successful strategies and trial skills to obtain favorable results of multi-million-dollar claims. John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in government from the College of William & Mary in 2004 and graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2008. John is licensed in the states of Texas, New York, and New Jersey.
