Biography

John practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, and business transaction law. He is an experienced attorney who always seeks to provide a top quality, cost-effective, results-driven approach for each one of his clients. In addition, John seeks to provide the best possible value for his clients in reaching a resolution to their legal issues as quickly as possible. John welcomes the opportunity to serve you in solving your legal needs.

Over the course of his career, John has provided expertise in all aspects of of estate planning, including drafting wills, establishing trusts, and creating other estate planning documents to meet each of his client's particular tax and non-tax objectives. John has also assisted families with various probate and trust administration matters (both contested and non-contested) that Arizona families encounter after the death of a loved one. In addition, John has assisted Arizona families in navigating through the court system when a loved one becomes incapacitated and is in need of a guardian or conservator. Finally, John has served as outside counsel for various Arizona businesses, assisting business owners with their business succession plans, the purchase or sale of their businesses, negotiating and drafting business contracts, forming various business entities to meet his clients' needs, and helping Arizona business owners with a wide range of other legal issues
