John C. Merlino

John C. Merlino is a zealous legal voice for injured construction workers. A senior managing member of the firm, Mr. Merlino was born and raised in Brooklyn, to immigrant parents. Not only is Mr. Merlino an advocate in the Court room, he a strong voice for Various Building Trades, organizing many rallies against non-union development and un-safe jobsites. The pre-accident educational seminars have benefitted many injured workers in properly reporting their accident, in obtaining proper medical treatment and instituting Workers’ Compensation benefits quicker. Mr. Merlino is an active member of the New York Coalition for Occupational Safety & Health (NYCOSH).
