John Charles Perez II is an Associate in the firm's Miami office. Mr. Perez concentrates his practice primarily in the area of first party property defense.

Born in Florida, Mr. Perez attended Jesuit High School of Tampa before earning a Bachelor of Science in General Studies from the University of Alabama. Mr. Perez completed his first year of legal studies within the top 6% of his class, before ultimately transferring to and graduating from the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude. During his time in law school, Mr. Perez received Dean's List recognition; served as an Ambassador for the School of Law; clerked at the Office of the Judges of Compensation Claims; and was awarded multiple CALI Excellence for the Future awards which are bestowed to the top performer in each course.

With a familial background in the practice of law, Mr. Perez provides extensive knowledge of state laws and procedures to his practice.
