John Christopher O'Rourke

While in my employ, Mr. O'Rourke secreted files and converted clients to another firm that he was joining. In fact, he worked on and settled a case, but used a different firm name (a firm that he left to join as a partner). When confronted with the court documents evidencing this conduct, he failed to refute same and refused to compensate my firm for the attorneys fees our firm earned while he handled this matter.
