John Christopher Robinson

John Robinson is a Kentucky native through and through, born in Jefferson County and raised in Shelby County. Before he was a lawyer, he was a standout athlete at Transylvania University, leading the tennis team and earning a degree in economics. After graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Law, he took an unusual route that eventually became his greatest asset: he spent years defending insurance companies and medical providers. This early chapter of his career taught him exactly how carriers try to devalue claims. Today, he uses that "insider" knowledge to fight for the injured, securing million-dollar settlements in wrongful death and auto accident cases. John is a versatile advocate who has also helped over 750 people find a fresh start through bankruptcy, often using his litigation background to push back against aggressive creditors. He even served as a state prosecutor, achieving one of the highest DUI conviction rates in Kentucky. Whether he is in a federal tribunal or a local circuit court in Kentucky or Indiana, John brings 25 years of diverse experience to the table. When he isn’t in the courtroom, he is a dedicated father of two and a long-time member of Centenary United Methodist Church in Shelbyville, staying deeply rooted in the community he serves.
