John Cooper was born and raised in Norfolk and Virginia Beach, VA. After law school at University of Virginia, in Charlottesville, John returned to his home town in 1988 to work for a federal judge in theohn Cooper is a veteran of personal injury law practice in Virginia. A native Virginian, he was raised in Norfolk and Virginia Beach. He has more than 20 years of experience handling personal injury cases and recently handled one of the largest auto accident settlements in recent years. The 2010 award gave $3.5 million to the child whose young father died when his vehicle was rear-ended by a careless driver.
