Biography

John Cummings joined Willman & Silvaggio in 2022. Prior to attending law school, John graduated from Robert Morris University with a B.A. in History in 2017. John earned his J.D. from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 2020.

During law school, John was a member of Ohio Northern's Trial Advocacy program and competed on the national level. He also served on the Student Bar Association at ONU. John is originally from Tampa, Florida and interned with judges in Florida's 13th Judicial District during his summers in law school. His practice is focused on toxic torts defense and products liability.

He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2022 and is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association as well as the Pennsylvania State Bar Association.
