Biography

Since joining Yaeger, Jungbauer & Barczak, PLC in 1997, John has represented hundreds of accident victims and their families in Federal and State courts throughout the United States. John is an accomplished trial attorney with extensive experience in handling personal injury, railroad (FELA), and wrongful death cases. From 2007 to 2013 John was Assistant City Attorney and lead prosecutor for his hometown, Stillwater Minnesota, where he also maintained an active personal injury practice.
