Bernacki Law is a full-service law firm located in Pittsford, New York, serving Rochester, as well as New York City, Buffalo, Syracuse, and many other cities and courts throughout the state. Bernacki Law founder, John E. Bernacki, Jr., has practiced law in Rochester for over 15 years, and is admitted to practice in the following courts:

• New York State Court

• U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York

• United States Bankruptcy Court

Throughout John Bernacki’s career, beginning with the founding of Bernacki Law in 1997, he has upheld the highest standards of U.S. and New York law.

In addition to serving the Monroe County community, Hon. John E. Bernacki Jr. has also been elected to serve as the Pittsford Town Justice, where he presides over civil matters including contract, real property, municipal law, small claims, and criminal matters including felony preliminary hearings and misdemeanors.
