Biography

Originally from Upstate/Western New York, Mr. Martino is a 2000 graduate of Rutgers University in New Jersey where he was the Captain of the Varsity Lacrosse Team in 1998-2000. He received his Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law in Boston, MA in 2003. Mr. Martino moved to Baltimore, MD after finishing law school and was admitted to the Maryland Bar on December 17, 2003. Mr. Martino worked in the Howard County Maryland State’s Attorney’s Office as an intern in 2003-2004 and then joined a small private law firm in the Baltimore area in March of 2004. He has successfully represented thousands of clients in all areas of criminal and traffic law.

Mr. Martino was married to his wife, Erika Martino, on November 11, 2011 at the First Church in downtown Oklahoma City. He, his wife and their now 5 year old son Connor, decided to make the move back to Oklahoma City and did so in May, 2015. They also now have a 16 month old daughter, Gianna. Mr. Martino sat for the Oklahoma Bar Exam in July 2014 and was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in November 2014. He established The Martino Law Firm on May 6, 2015 and his office is currently located in Midtown, Oklahoma City.

Mr. Martino has exclusively practiced criminal and DUI defense throughout his career. He has tried hundreds of felony and misdemeanor jury and bench trials. An aggressive, experienced advocate for his clients, Mr. Martino will fight for you no matter what type of case you have.
