John Fischbach

Blaise Fischbach is a dedicated trial attorney at Morgan & Morgan’s Winter Park office, where he focuses on medical malpractice cases. An Orlando native, Blaise has deep ties to the Central Florida community and a lifelong passion for helping others. He earned his degree in Economics from Florida State University in 2011, where he developed a strong analytical foundation that would later support his legal career.

Following his undergraduate studies, Blaise returned to Orlando to pursue his Juris Doctor at Florida A&M University College of Law. He graduated magna cum laude in 2015, finishing fourth in his class and earning numerous honors and book awards. His academic excellence and commitment to justice made it clear from the start that he was destined for a career advocating for those in need.

Blaise uses his skills and experience to represent individuals harmed by medical negligence. He approaches each case with a thoughtful, client-centered mindset and is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for the people he serves. Blaise takes pride in making a meaningful difference in his community, both in and out of the courtroom.
