Biography

John Foote has lived in Tallahassee since 1983, when he moved to attend Florida State University for undergraduate studies. After graduation with his Bachelor of Science degree, he went on to attend and graduate from the Florida State University College of Law in 1990.

He started his legal career working for an insurance defense law firm. After several years, he transitioned to exclusively representing injured plaintiffs, and has done so for more than twenty five years.

John has recovered millions of dollars for his clients through settlements and trials. He has been Board Certified in Civil Trial by the Florida Bar since 2001, and given the rating of AV Preeminent attorney by his peers in Martindale Hubbell. He has also been selected as a Florida Super Lawyer for many years.

He is married and the proud father of three children.
