Biography

Jack grew up right here in Manning, South Carolina, where he attended Laurence Manning Academy. Jack graduated from Clemson University in 2013 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science. After graduating from Clemson, Jack enrolled at the University of South Carolina School of Law and earned his J.D. in 2016.

He then spent a year clerking for The Honorable Ralph Ferrell Cothran, Jr. After completion of his clerkship, Jack took a position as an assistant solicitor in Aiken County where he prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases, ranging from drug charges to murder.

He joined the Kent Law Firm in 2019, where he maintains a general practice but focuses on civil litigation and criminal defense. Jack values his practice because it allows him to help everyday folks who are typically experiencing some form of crisis. Whether you are facing a major insurance company or the State government it can be very stressful and confusing. Jack and his team help make the process less stressful and fight for the best possible result for their clients.
