Biography

John is the author of *The Material Difference in Florida Contract Law*, Fla. B.J., March 2016, and the continuing author of both "Civil Appeals” (12th ed.) and “The Record on Appeal – Civil Appeals,” (6th-12th eds.)—two chapters in the Appellate Practice treatise published by The Florida Bar.

He gave the *Appellate Representation Agreements *seminars for The Florida Bar in July 2022, March 2017, and April 2016, and was a panelist on The Florida Bar’s *Modern Appellate Practice* seminar (September 2018).

Recently, he became a member (Tier 1) of Global Elite Private Client.
