Biography

John was raised in University Park, Maryland. He graduated from DeMatha Catholic High School and earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Salisbury University in Maryland. Thereafter, John went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Catholic University Columbus School of Law.

While in law school, John was a Note and Comment Editor for the Journal of Law and Technology. He authored “Shining a Light on Maryland’s Solar Energy Market & its Renewable Energy Policies,” published in Barry University’s Environmental & Earth Law Journal’s 2018-19 Issue. In addition, John studied abroad and received a certificate from the school’s Comparative and International Law program.

Upon graduation, John served as a law clerk for Americans for Prosperity, where he gained valuable experience researching topics related to first amendment law. After completing his clerkship, John entered private practice in Rockville, Maryland. He currently maintains a legal practice with a concentration in domestic relations.

John is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

In his free time, John enjoys tennis, writing, hiking, and biking. He is also PADI certified.
