John Graves Shedd IV practices construction law, drawing on deep experience from his work in real estate development, telecommunications infrastructure, and architecture.

John advises clients on virtually all aspects of property development, from acquisition through leasing and disposition. He represents developers and owners in connection with the design, development, and construction of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects, including construction contract negotiation, design services contract negotiation, and construction/design defect disputes.

In his legal career, John has managed various forms of litigation, mediation, and negotiation covering diverse areas such as ADA compliance and design and construction defects.
