John
Pentecost is currently a shareholder and managing partner of Hart King. He has
been with Hart King since 1988. He is the group leader of the firm’s
manufactured housing practice. He has had substantial amount of trials in Los
Angeles, Orange and Riverside counties, including numerous commercial, RV park
and mobilehome park evictions. John has over thirty years of experience
in defending class actions ranging from lease dispute issues to state and federal
fair housing issues including discrimination, failure to maintain actions, and
American with Disability Act (ADA) matters. He assists his clients in
subdivision conversions and park closures, ground lease negotiations and
litigation. John is experienced in homeowners’ association law (HOA's) and
assisting real estate brokers relative to commission and liability issues.

Defended mobilehome parks in high volume failure to maintain lawsuits.
