Mr. Burke joined the firm in January 2013. He is an experienced litigation attorney who focuses on defending cases involving professional and medical malpractice, pharmaceutical and medical devices, and civil rights (Section 1983) claims. He also advises hospitals and healthcare providers in health law. Before joining Elam & Burke, Mr. Burke practiced law at Farley, Oberrecht, Harwood & Burke, P.A. from 1992-2012.
