Biography

John Joseph Kozak III is a Partner in the firm’s Tampa office and manages the Tampa office’s Insurance Coverage Group. Mr. Kozak is also a pivotal part of our construction litigation team, defending contractors, developers, and design professionals in multi-million dollar claims stemming from the construction of large residential and commercial developments.

Mr. Kozak has over 21 years of experience in state and federal courts in multiple jurisdictions. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh in 1995.
