Biography

JOHN LANG has been defending insurers and self insurers since his graduation from Boston University School of Law in 1982. He was previously a partner at the firm of Driscoll, Gillespe & Stanton and senior partner at the firm of Stanton & Lang.

Attorney Lang has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts throughout Massachusetts and has argued cases before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court. He has defended insurers and self insurers in a variety of areas, including product liability, construction litigation, municipal law, professional liability, commercial litigation, premises liability and subrogation. Attorney Lang is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Defense Research Institute.
