Biography

Mr. Leonard has comprehensive experience in business, personal injury, insurance, malpractice, professional licensing and ethics litigation. His law practice also concentrates in the areas of business and individual transactions, contracts, business break-ups, insurance, healthcare, planning and administration of estates, environmental law, counseling and planning for closely held businesses, serious personal injuries matters, attorney disciplinary and ethics matters, and professional licensing. Mr. Leonard has served as a mediator, arbitrator, attorney ethics advisor, and expert witness. He is engaged in various civic, political and non-profit matters and has served on the Boards of several non-profit entities in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
