John J. Zawistoski

CIVIL LITIGATION / EDUCATION LAW / PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY:

A substantial portion of Mr. Zawistoski's practice consists of representing insured individuals, professionals, ski areas, hospitals and other companies in defense of lawsuits. Mr. Zawistoski has experience trying many different types of cases including sports injuries, professional malpractice and other matters. He has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict over the past 33 years. Mr. Zawistoski also has experience in school law representing school districts in many diverse legal matters including union negotiations, employment matters and student discipline. Mr. Zawistoski has been recognized for achievement by "Best Lawyers in America" in the Litigation category.
