Biography

JOHN J. McINERNEY, Partner, is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (B.A.) and DePaul College of Law (J.D.). John specializes in arson and fraud matters, coverage litigation, warehouse legal liability, construction defect, workers' compensation, general liability and large loss subrogation cases. John has tried cases in many jurisdictions including Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, Kentucky, Montana, Arkansas, and Alabama. He has given presentations to various insurance companies and industry groups, including the Wisconsin Fire Loss Association, National and Illinois Associations of Mutual Insurance Companies, the Chicagoland Property Adjusters Association, the Chicago Casualty Adjusters Association, and the Western Loss Association. He is a member of the Illinois Bar, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Federal Trial Bar and the Appellate Bar for United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
