Biography

As President of the Firm, John Ziegler brings over twenty years of civil defense experience to clients facing high-stakes disputes and everyday legal challenges. He is licensed to practice in New Mexico, Texas, and Colorado, and he represents businesses, insurance carriers, and public entities in a wide range of matters, from complex litigation to ongoing counseling and risk management. Mr. Ziegler is recognized for providing straightforward, practical advice and developing litigation strategies that reflect each client’s goals, timelines, and budget. He also holds two key counsel roles that reflect the trust clients place in his judgment: he serves as General Counsel for HB Construction, Inc., a leading general contractor in the Southwest, and as Town Attorney for the Town of Bernalillo. In both capacities, he helps clients make informed decisions, address issues early, and protect their interests when disputes arise.
