Biography

John M. DeLaney is Of Counsel at Costello, Cooney & Fearon. He joined the Firm in 2015.

In his role at the Firm, John works with a variety of clients ranging from successful business owners and real estate developers, to clients seeking strategy for disposition of their assets through the use of wills, trusts, or gift giving programs.

John also advises business owners regarding tax issues and strategies for positioning ownership structure for succession planning and provides advice to clients looking to acquire or sell a business. John also provides counsel to Executors, Administrators or Trustees regarding administration and settlement of estates and trusts.
