Biography

Since 2011, Mr. Briscoe has worked almost exclusively for Mayall Hurley's employment team—representing plaintiffs in matters of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour violations, among others. In doing so, he has settled scores of cases through both direct negotiation and mediation, assisted in a jury trial (leading to a successful plaintiff's verdict), defeated every motion for summary judgment to come across his desk, successfully argued cases on appeal, and litigated in both state and federal court.
