Biography

A Partner at HPM&B, John P. McNaboe is a litigator whose practice focuses on a wide array of issues, with particular emphasis on medical malpractice, general liability and products liability.

His experience includes defending numerous hospitals, physicians and nurses in medical malpractice and wrongful death cases involving alleged birth-related brain damage, medical misdiagnosis and other catastrophic injury cases. He also represents corporate clients in general liability litigation and serves as lead local counsel for a major provider of kidney dialysis services and renal care products.

John gained his initial trial experience beginning in 1998 when he was appointed to be a criminal prosecutor with the Kings County District Attorney's Office.

During his nearly four year tenure as a prosecutor, he handled hundreds of high-level felony cases, and was promoted to the position of Senior Assistant District Attorney.
