John R. Casani

John R. Casani earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics, with a minor in Political Science, from Santa Clara University in 2022. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2025.

While in law school, Mr. Casani served on the board of the Student Bar Association and was a writer for the Santa Clara Business Law Chronicle. He also studied international business law in Vienna, Austria, and worked as a law clerk for Eversheds Sutherland in Budapest, Hungary. In addition, Mr. Casani gained valuable experience as a law clerk with the Department of Homeland Security’s Transportation Security Administration Litigation Division, where he assisted with employment law matters.

Mr. Casani focuses his practice on employment law and civil litigation, representing clients with dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to achieving fair and effective outcomes. He resides in Santa Clara, California with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys staying active, whether by playing a round of golf or training in the gym.
